Chicken burger with gochujang garlic mayonnaise dipping sauce

Directions

  • Mix all dipping sauce ingredients and keep aside.
  • Mix minced chicken, spring onion, salt, black pepper, chopped garlic, oregano and gochujang.
  • Shape into 2 patties and start to cook till well done.
  • Meanwhile, toast the buns.
  • Fill the buns with red cabbage, onion, tomato, lettuce and chicken burgers.
  • Serve with gochujang garlic mayonnaise.

Ingredients dipping sauce

  • O’Food Gochujang Korean Chili Sauce 15 gr
  • Mayonnaise 70 gr
  • Garlic, minced 5 gr
  • Liquid smoke 1 ml

  • Minced chicken 300 gr
  • Spring onion, chopped 30 gr
  • Table salt to taste
  • Crushed black pepper to taste
  • Garlic, chopped 10 gr
  • Oregano to taste
  • O’Food gochujang 20 gr
  • Burger buns 2 pieces
  • Red cabbage, sliced 30 gr
  • Tomato, sliced 2 slices
  • Onion, sliced 30 gr
  • Lettuce, sliced
