Roast Chicken with Ssamjang (Ssamjang Dak Gui)
- Score the chicken thighs on both sides with a sharp knife and marinate in milk for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Mix ssamjang, oligo syrup, black pepper, cooking wine and ginger juice to make the sauce.
- Drain the chicken from the milk and mix with sauce and let marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the oven to 170
- After 1 hour, place the chicken in a baking tray and cook for 20 minutes on each side or until the chicken is completely cooked.
